הערכה: $5,000 - $7,000
Torah thoughts and argumentation on the entire tractate of Beitzah from Rabbi Baruch Frankel Te'omim, written according to the writings of his disciple Rabbi Moshe Politz Segal.
This manuscript was owned by his disciple and is signed on the first page: "Hakatan Moshe Politz Segal from Old Oiven, disciple of Rabbi Baruch Frankel Te'omim."
It was also owned and signed by Rabbi Moshe Katz Gross Peri, Av Beis Din of Petchi-Neidarf, a disciple of the Chasam Sofer.
It appears that Rabbi Moshe Politz, talmid of the Baruch Tam, gave the manuscripts over to Rabbi Moshe Katz to rearrange and organize.
This compilation of the Baruch Tam is the largest and most concentrated collection of Torah thoughts on the tractate Beitzah and it seems to include insights that have never been published yet.
