  1. Genazym Auction House (hereinafter: Genazym) acts as an extension of the sellers of the items offered for auction.
  2. Genazym publishes a catalogue for every sale (hereinafter: the Catalogue) which encompasses the full list of items available at the Auction, serial numbers, description, and opening bid for the items. To dispel any doubt, information provided in the Catalogue is intended solely for the purpose of information for potential Buyers and shall in no way be construed as any commitment by Genazym and/or its employees and/or representatives.
  3. The prices appearing on the list of items are minimum bids and are not a valuation.
  4. Genazym shall appoint a manager of the sale (hereinafter: Auctioneer) who shall be responsible on its behalf for the execution and management of the Auction.
  5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to prevent the participation of any person from the Auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to determine the winner of each lot, to cancel the sale of any item (even after it is sold) or to re-enter it for sale, at his sole discretion and at any stage. The Auctioneer further reserves the right to withdraw or add items to the sale and/or to add and/or withdraw from the Catalogue any information regarding an item offered for Auction based on information received by Genazym after publication of the Catalogue.
  6. Anyone wishing to participate in the Auction must obtain a serial number through the system. This will serve as his Identification Number.
  7. The web system invites early proposals through the Computerized Catalogue for those who registered in advance through the Auction House and received a username and password.
  1. Items are sold “as is” to the Buyer. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the condition or nature of the item. Upon submission of a bid/s prior to an online sale, the Buyer waives all claims regarding the quality or condition of an item.
  1. Information provided by the Auction House regarding the authenticity and condition of each item is based on information provided by the seller, as well as aggregate information, knowledge and experience of Auction House experts.
  2. The sale is conducted in US dollars.
  3. The sum of a bid that is accepted (hereinafter: Hammer Price) shall be paid to Genazym by the Buyer, along with a 24% commission fee of the Hammer Price (hereinafter: Commission) + Israeli VAT on the Commission only.
  1. Buyer is liable to pay for the item purchased in full, whether purchased for himself or on behalf of another, and to collect it from Genazym. In the event that Buyer requests that Genazym handle the delivery of the item, Buyer shall disburse the delivery charge in full. The Auctioneer reserves the right to exercise any means to ensure that Buyer upholds his obligations, including cancelling the sale, selling the item to another buyer, charging the Buyer for any expenses that Genazym incurs as a result of Buyer’s delay in upholding his commitments, submit a claim for compensation, delay release of the item, etc.
  2. Payment for the items is accepted in check, bank transfer or credit card. When paying by check, the Auction House reserves the right to release items after the check clears.
  1. Payment for an item/s and its release shall take place immediately after the sale, and no later than 7 days past the sale. To dispel any doubt, delivery of an item shall occur only after the Buyer has upheld all his commitments.
