A long letter with Torah insights handwritten by Rabbi Yoel Tzvi Roth to his son, Rabbi Moshe Shimon Roth, author of Shem Mishimon.
The letter was written and signed entirely in Rabbi Roth's handwriting in 1865.
Rabbi Yoel Tzvi Roth (1819 – 1892) served as the Av Beis Din of Chust, succeeding the Maharam Schick, and was the author of the Beis Hayotzer responsa.
Rabbi Rephael Segal Tzimetbaum, holy meshamesh of Rabbi Chaim of Sanz, described him in his sefer: "And he was an elevated, holy and pure tzaddik, and he sat most of the day adorned in tallis and tefillin and he learned, and he traveled a lot to our Rebbe and he was very fond of him, and he was a miracle-worker."
