Title page decorated by artist (D. Friedman) with flower decorations, a flag and a Star of David. Colorful with lots of gold color. In the pages that follow, the company's virtue and regulations are also framed. The city of Kaunas was the second largest city in Lithuania and was the center of the Torah of Lithuanian Jewry. During this period, the book was used by the aforementioned Chevrah when the chief rabbi was Rabbi Yitzchak Elhanan Spector.
