A request for help for his son-in-law Rabbi Yissachar Dov Ber HaLevi Rotenberg of Vodislav who has many debts and was forced to go to collect money.

Rabbi Shalom Schatzer (1875-1958) was the son of Rabbi Mordechai Yosef of Sulitza. At the age of 25 he was accepted as rabbi of Shatz and among his students was Rabbi Meir Shapiro of Lublin. In 1927, he moved to London.
Many flock to his grave and pray for salvation.
