Beautiful and ornate set of Shisha Sidrei Mishnah printed by the Admor Rabbi Moshe Shapira, Av Beis Din of Slavita, son of the saintly Admor and talmid of the Baal Shem Tov Rabbi Pinchas of Koritz.
The present set contains six large volumes of Mishna with the commentaries of Rabbi Ovadia of Bartenura and Tosfos Yom Tov, Tosfos Chodoshim and a collection of chiddushim by the Kedushas Levi.
Magnificent set with six title pages, partially in redink and original Shapira Press bindings.
The Slavita press edition of Shisha Sidrei Mishnah features approbations by the author of Shu”t Mayim Chaim (see below); the dayanim of Ostroh who write, “Many desire to learn from the sefarim printed by the Rabbi”; and Rabbi Efraim of Sedilkov who inscribes, “The reputation of this press and beauty of his paper and letters
This set of Mishnayos was printed in the sacred printing house of the Admor Rabbi Moshe Shapira of Slavita.
