There is no Rav or dayan who deals with financial cases who does not reference the rulings and novellae of the Nesivos Hamishpat.
The sefer also includes pilpul and elaborate discussion on the sefer Ketzos Hachoshen.
Harav Yaakov Lorberbaum (1770-1832) was Av Beis Din of Lisa and among the most celebrated Achronim. His fundamental works Nesivos Hamishpat, Toras Gittin (upcoming lot) and others are the landmark halachic works referenced by every Torah scholar.
