Hagaon Harav Moshe Ginz (1863-1925), Av Beis Din of Badrag-Kerestir, was the son of Harav Elazar Simcha Bunim Ginz and the grandson of Harav Shmuel Ginz — Av Beis Din of Abraham – nephew of Rabbi Akiva Eiger. A disciple of the Shevet Sofer and a halachic master, he corresponded extensively with the sages of his era, and hundreds of his essays and Torah novellae were published in popular Torah journals.
