Includes:
1) Handwritten Torah novellae and comments from Rabbi Yitzchak Dov.
2) Sefer Tashbatz Katan authored by a disciple of Maharam of Rothenberg copied over on pages 5-39. Following each section there are comments, glosses and comparisons to earlier sources, along with glosses from his son, Rabbi Shlomo HaLevi Bamberger of Langlau.
3) Short responsa and novellae copied over by Rabbi Shlomo from his father’s notebooks, including: A response opposing a Rabbi who had permitted mixed singing; a response regarding piyutim; and additional responsa regarding eiruvin, mikva’os, sefer Torah and more. There many additional comments regarding Halacha and Aggada.
4) Collection of responsa from Rabbi Mendle Kragoi of Fürth, author of Gedolei Tahara, responding to Rabbi Yitzchak Dov copied by his son Rabbi Shlomo HaLevi Bamberger. 
Rabbi Yitzchak Dov HaLevi Bamberger (1807 – 1878), known as the Rabbi of Würzburg, was a prodigious German rabbi living in the 19th century. He studied under the greatest leaders of Fürth and was a close disciple of Rabbi Avraham Bing, Av Beis Din of Würzburg.
