Eight chapters and foreword containing commentary and elucidation on Eitz Chaim by the noted kabbalist Harav Refael Avraham Shalom Mizrachi Sharabi.

Sefer Divrei Shalom was one of the very first books printed in Yerushalayim. It was published by the son-in-law of the Rishon Lezion and Rosh Yeshivah of Beit E-l Harav Chaim Avraham Gegin. The author listed the customs of the Beit E-l congregation in the beginning of his sefer.

The eminent kabbalist
Harav Refael Avraham Shalom Mizrachi Sharabi (1775-1827), renowned as Rav Harash, was the son of the kabbalist Harav Chizkiyahu Yitzchak (‘Hachai Bashemesh’) and the grandson of the Rashash. He was Rosh Yeshivah of the kabbalistic Yeshivah Beit E-l.

The title page bears a long handwritten and autographed inscription by the author’s grandson.
