A lengthy pamphlet of chiddushei Torah on the subject of accepting converts in contemporary times authored by the Admor Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Halberstam of Klausenburg. This pamphlet was sent to the author of Einayim Lamishpat.
The pamphlet was typewritten but features several handwritten glosses. The last page boasts 5 lines of handwritten conclusion replete with blessings in the Admor’s handwriting and with his autograph.
The Admor Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Halberstam (1905-1994), author of Shefa Chaim and Divrei Yatziv, renowned for his righteousness especially his tremendous mesirus nefesh during the Holocaust, was a genius in both the Revealed and Hidden Torah and a prolific author who inscribed many teshuvos. After surviving the Holocaust, he dedicated his life to facilitating his fellow survivors physically and spiritually, and rebuilt the decimated Sanz Chassidus in Eretz Yisrael where he established a wealth of Torah institutions, charity organizations and facilities in Kiryat Sanz in Netanya.
