The title page says that Pirkei Avos was translated so it would be recited on Shabbos between Pesach and Shavuos.
This copy also includes a Spanish translation of the Aramaic translation (targum) of Shir HaShirim.
The translation is done verse by verse and Mishnah by Mishnah.
